damn the order is ultra messed up and i forgot how much shit we did lol.
SFLA Spring Break Road Trip 2009 crew. lauren, irv, and aj
Tuesday: Bboy class 2-3:20> in n out pre-road trip meal at 10 with francis, aj, cat, and daniel> AJ's coming!!! > leave for "la" at 11
Wednesday: Irv takes over driving > we get to the bay area at noon!?!?! > stonestown > sf state > millbrae > bart > chinatown > crappygood food > guns, shirts, huf, the hundreds > millbrae > sleeping in the car with AJ. life experience right there hahaha
Thursday: chris! berkley > ob town korean foodies > ob chicken!!! > stow lake > creepy ass shit > Creations aka mango overload > twin peaks > nations > krispy kreme
Friday: haight, army surplus, true sole, true, stussy, kid robot > meet up with vinette > nose piercing > pizza > banana island > eggettes > chris again! > meadows elementary school photo shoot > krispy kreme > in n out > random phone calls
Saturday: we leave at 5, get to LA around noon > supreme, huf, hall of fame, hundreds > chinatown > supergoodcheap food > loma linda > visit gian <3> audris' birthday party > home at last!
side note: so aj and i slept in my car from the hours of 12am and 7:30am. i can sum up the experience in two words. cold and uncomfortable. around 5am i heard aj leave a come back shortly. after a couple minutes i had a strong urge to go pee. coldest freaking piss ever. also had a strong urge to go to walgreens down the street and cop some blankets cus DAMN it was cold. ive realized take a lot of things for granted. such as shelter. and let me tell you. it feels great to be back home where i have a nice comfy bed waiting for me.
with that said. fuck people who beg for money and are ungrateful for what you give them.
1) in vegas, we were chillin outside tea station and a random black guy walks towards us, tells us about how his car has been impounded, how he needs money for a cab, and how he has a 2500 dollar ring on his finger. i reach in my pocket and hand him a dollar. he shows discontent and replies with "man, just a dollar, i need to get a cab" or something and i said "sorry, that's all i got" even though i had more. i mean. here i am giving you MONEY for NOTHING and you have the nerve to pull that shit? whatever homie
2) we were eating off the hood of my car and a random white guy, long hair, business attire. walks towards us. he tells us how he's been walking all over the city and needs money to get home or w/e. asks us for money for the bus. aj and i each give him a dollar. and once again he replies with " i can get a burger with this... i only got two dollars from you guys" and aj responds with "sorry man, its all we got" and he walks away and goes towards the bus. i dunno about you. but if i was begging for money, i would be pretty ecstatic about receiving two dollars. you ungrateful motherfucker.
now, maybe it's because these individuals caught me at the right time when i had money in my pocket, or maybe it was because i was eating or had finished eating. but i swear. im not giving anyone else fucking paper anymore. the most they're getting is change. if i dont have coins in my pocket, it's gonna be a "sorry, i don't have any money on me" kinda shit. real talk. i'm sick of ungrateful people. now, if you're dancing, singing, playing instruments and begging for money i give you props. but fuck you if you're sitting there not doing anything just waiting for people to give you money. if you have hands and legs, you could be doing something.
